What is "Kimudo"?
Ki = stands for energy in Japan
(Same as "chi" in Chinese)
Mu = a Koandefinition in ZEN:
"The resolution of the dualism" - the emptiness in Zen (Japanese philosophy of life and exercise form)
Do = the way of practice (Japanese)
"If we do our lives (victorious-rich?) Want to make, we must free ourselves from the constraints of (everyday) fight!"
We should learn to avoid the wrong battles for money, prestige and power.
We should set their own goals, rather than let us impose foreign targets.
Almost daily we are guided by superiors, colleagues, friends and partners, impose an unnecessary fight by the family. The fight that we unsubscribe, go to possessions and money, prestige, and influence ... etc. Consciously or unconsciously, voluntarily or involuntarily, we act in the vicious circle of competition and prestige.
Instead of striving for self-realization, we strive for self-assertion - take our life goals to put themselves, we allow ourselves to impose from the outside false targets.
On this path of struggle and self-assertion, we can ultimately only be a loser, because there is always at least one person who can stumble out of envy or greed happy and relish watching with our falls.
Appropriately, shows us his own body when we fight (even if we do not realize this) and what are the wrong goals for us!
We can learn about our body signals, as we

· Make clear decisions and represent
· Waste less energy on trivialities

They learn in simple physical exercises partner to leave the vicious cycle of fighting and move to the formative, self-determined action.
A launch event will take 1 weekend (Friday evening to Sunday noon)
The course fee is 200, - € (as of 24/07/2013)
